We carry out Building Surveys (often known as structural surveys), RICS HomeBuyer Reports, Energy Performance Certificates and Specific Defect Reports upon houses, bungalows and flats; detailed surveys upon factories, warehouses, shops and offices; together with Schedules of Condition and Dilapidation Claims on commercial premises. We are also Party Wall Surveyors.
Michael Hadley Chartered Surveyors is an independent practice of Chartered Surveyors established in 1985 with offices in Redditch and Birmingham specialising in surveys of all types of buildings in Birmingham and the Black Country and the counties to the south - Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire.
We aim to give our clients a quality service both in terms of the survey itself and the speed of supply.
We regularly carry out surveys on all types of property, including old, traditionally built houses (often called historic houses), such as stone or timber framed cottages and houses dating from the 16th Century onwards. We are very experienced in such work.
