Energy Performance Certificates
Energy Performance Certificates are reports which calculate the energy efficiency of a house together with recommendations to improve the energy efficiency.
Although Home Information Packs have been scrapped, it is still compulsory to have a valid Energy Performance Certificate when selling a residential property.
Once completed, they are uploaded into the National Database.

Fees
Energy Performance Certificates are carried out individually within the Worcestershire and south Birmingham area at £60.00 (including VAT at 17.5%) for average type houses. We carry them out further afield only as part of an RICS HomeBuyers Report, Building Survey or Home Condition Report.
