Energy Performance Certificates
Energy Performance Certificates are reports which calculate the energy efficiency of a house together with recommendations to improve the energy efficiency. They are a compulsory part of the Home Information Pack.
Once completed, they are uploaded into the National Database.
Michael Hadley is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
Fees
Energy Performance Certificates are carried out individually within the Worcestershire and south Birmingham area at £60.00 (including VAT) for average type houses. We carry them out further afield only as part of a Homebuyers Survey, Building Survey or Home Condition Report.
