Fees for Schedules of Condition, Commercial Surveys and Dilapidation Reports/Claims
The figures quoted below are intended for guide purposes only but should be approximately right for the property types mentioned. Please telephone us to chat through details of the property and your requirements and we can then give you a firm figure.
The fee for all of these types of survey carried out on commercial premises depends mainly on the age and size of the unit. The fees for each type are roughly the same although, because of the extra work involved, there will be an additional fee to deal with some of the dilapidation claims. Below are a few typical examples:
Modern 5000 square foot factory unit: £500.00 plus VAT.
1930's or 50's 5000 square foot factory unit: £700.00 plus VAT.
Inter-war terraced shop with living accommodation over: £450.00 plus VAT.
